- Cancellation Notice
To cancel a tutoring session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Notice can be given by sending an email to [email protected]. In the event of a last-minute emergency, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Make-Up Sessions
If you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, you will be eligible for a makeup session at a mutually agreed upon time and date.
Make-up sessions are subject to the availability of our tutors.
- No-Show/Late Cancellation
If you cancel a tutoring session with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for a scheduled session, you will not be eligible for a makeup session.
After two consecutive no-shows or late cancellations, we reserve the right to discontinue providing tutoring services without a refund.
- Tutor Availability
We make every effort to ensure that our tutors are available for scheduled sessions. However, in the rare event of tutor unavailability, we will provide an alternative tutor or reschedule the session as per your convenience.
- Statutory Holidays and Planned Breaks
All tutoring sessions will proceed as scheduled, including on statutory holidays. We will notify you in advance about any scheduled breaks or holidays during which tutoring sessions will not be available.
- Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for canceled sessions; instead, we will reschedule or provide make-up sessions as per this policy.
- Communication
All communication regarding session cancellations, rescheduling, or other concerns should be made through email. Do not rely solely on verbal communication.
- What if a teacher is sick and has Internet issues and a class is canceled last minute?
In the event a class is canceled last minute, we will reschedule that class at a later date at a mutually agreed time and date.
